Monthly or bi-weekly inspection of property
Monthly written report with pictures when applicable
Pre-storm preparations/Post-storm inspection
Turn water main ON/OFF for season
Check exterior for damages
Check for water leaks
Check plumbing & electrical
Remove snow/storm debris from porches/decks
Check for pest/rodent presence
Check temperature settings/HVAC
Check that all doors/windows are locked
Gather mail
Water inside plants
Check smoke alarms
Replace bulbs
Run dishwasher/disposal and all faucets

Schedule & provide access for routine repairs/maitenance:
